Hmm, elf has really good eyebrow eyeshadow and gel. 

Umm, I always have a brush from elf. ( each was about a buck)

as for tweezers, i only use tweezerman but it’s about 20+ 

Just try tweezer that have a really pointed tip since they’re helpful when trying to get tiny hairs.
